Porsche has just released the new GT3 based on the 992nd generation 911, but the more intense GT3 RS variant is already approaching the final stage of testing. A prototype has been spotted at the Nürburgring and on some roads around the German racetrack, and it gives us a number of clues about the track’s new star.
Compared to GT3 prototypes, the GT3 RS tester features additional hood and front fender vents, a more aggressive front splitter, new side skirts, and a massive two-component rear spoiler. As shown in the spy video, the suite has an active ingredient.

The GT3 RS has a set of vents in front of the doors and massive brakes behind the alloys. The rear is covered in a temporary plastic coating, but it obviously features a large diffuser that works in tandem with the giant spoiler to give the car more downforce and increase stability in fast corners. As on a regular 911, the brake light extends across the width of the vehicle.
